If you’re not happy with something you purchase from us, in order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in excellent condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging. We cannot accept items with opened packaging, for the sake of hygiene. We will not be responsible for the return postage.
If you have received damaged or faulty items, they will be replaced on inspection of them being returned to us. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, or exchange.
Our policy doesn’t affect any of your normal statutory rights, but you can find more information about statutory rights from your local trading standards department or citizens advice bureau.
